The latest Henley Passport Index reveals a significant shift in global mobility, with Singapore retaining its position as the world's most powerful passport, granting visa-free access to 193 destinations. Asian countries, particularly Japan and South Korea, continue to dominate the top ranks, while the US and UK have dropped to their lowest positions ever, with the US now at 10th place. India made the largest jump this year, climbing to 77th place and gaining visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 59 countries. The rankings highlight growing disparities in travel freedom, with several countries in Asia and the Middle East, such as the UAE, also making notable gains. These changes reflect evolving diplomatic relationships and shifting global power dynamics.
