The latest Henley Passport Index reveals a major shift in global travel freedom, with Asian countries, especially Singapore, dominating the top spots. Singapore now holds the world's most powerful passport, granting visa-free access to 193 destinations, while Japan and South Korea also rank highly. Meanwhile, traditional leaders like the US and UK have slipped further down the rankings, now sitting at 10th and 6th place, respectively. India made the largest leap, climbing from 85th to 77th, with visa-free access to 59 countries. The rankings highlight a growing trend of increased mobility for Asian nations and a relative decline for Western passports.
